Family Dental Center has been providing caring dental services to the Kingsport community and beyond for over 40 years.

Our goal is to offer a welcoming environment where you and your family feel comfortable during your visit. You will be met with smiling faces and will receive excellent care from each of our staff members.

Meet Our Team

Dentists

Tatum L. Kinder, D.D.S

Dr. Kinder graduated cum laude from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1997. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee School of Dentistry in 2003. She joined Family Dental Center in 2003. She is a member of the American Academy of General Dentistry. She practices and enjoys all phases of general dentistry. A native of New Market, Tennessee, she and her husband, Thomas, are active members of Nance’s Grove Baptist Church, where she enjoys teaching a children’s Sunday School class as well as Vacation Bible School.

Ke Qi, D.D.S

Dr. Qi graduated from Rhodes College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2007. She worked at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for two years prior to attending dental school. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in 2013. She is originally from Shanghai, China, but grew up in Dallas, Texas. She moved to Kingsport after graduating from dental school, joining Family Dental Center TriCities, P.C. in July 2013. She loves spending time outdoors with her husband and two boys.
